With the increasing financialization of physical space, we’ll be seeing “for lease” signs for a long time. Might as well be some fun ones.
Made of 162 ft of glass, the letters are 4ft tall and span 22ft wide.
It features a modernized and adapted Russian constructivist font from the 1930s chosen for its historical roots and challenging simplicity.
The sign also has sensors that react to life passing by- dimming where people stand and spelling out words.
